Frequently Asked Questions

Research-grade peptides — ordering, shipping, quality, and compliance.

Ordering How do I place an order?

Browse our full catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to sign in with your email to complete your purchase. No application or approval is required — any registered customer can order.

Ordering Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order requirement. You can purchase as few or as many items as you need for your research.

Ordering What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Zelle and ACH bank transfer. Credit cards and PayPal are not currently accepted. Payment instructions (Zelle number or ACH routing/account details) are provided after order placement. Orders ship once payment is confirmed.

Ordering Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet entered the fulfillment queue, we can usually modify or cancel it. Email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. Orders already in production or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Shipping How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are shipped from US stock, so there are no customs delays. Free shipping is available on orders over $500.

Shipping Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but once the package leaves the US, the customer assumes full responsibility for customs issues, delays, or additional duties. We are not responsible for shipments delayed or confiscated by customs authorities.

Shipping Is shipping insurance available?

Yes. Shipping insurance is available as an add-on and is priced based on the total value of your order. Insurance covers loss or damage during transit. Contact us for a quote or select insurance at checkout when available.

Products Are your peptides third-party tested?

Yes. Every batch is independently verified via High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) in US laboratories. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are viewable on every product page before purchase. Batch-specific COAs are available upon request — email [email protected] with your order details.

Products What does "Research Use Only" mean?

Research Use Only (RUO) means our products are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research purposes. They have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for any therapeutic, diagnostic, or human/animal use. By purchasing, you confirm that all products will be used for legitimate research purposes only.

Products What are the amber vials?

Our products use pharmaceutical-grade amber glass vials that block UV and visible light degradation, keeping peptides more stable and pure for longer. All vials are nitrogen-purged and crimp-sealed under controlled atmosphere for maximum shelf life.

Products Are you GMP certified?

We are ISO certified, not GMP. Our products are manufactured in triple ISO certified EU laboratories (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 17025) and are designated Research Use Only (RUO). All products are independently HPLC-verified for identity and purity at ≥99%.

Products How should I store my peptides?

Lyophilized (powder) peptides should be stored at -20°C or below for long-term stability. Reconstituted peptides should be stored at 2–8°C and used within a reasonable timeframe depending on the specific compound. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
