1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using purepeptides.app ("Site") and purchasing products from Pure Peptides ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase products.

2. Research Use Only (RUO)

All products sold on this Site are designated Research Use Only (RUO). Products are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research purposes. They have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any regulatory agency for therapeutic, diagnostic, or human/animal use.

By purchasing, you confirm that:

  • All products will be used solely for legitimate in-vitro research purposes.
  • You will not use, sell, or distribute products for human or animal consumption.
  • You will not provide medical advice, dosing guidance, or therapeutic recommendations based on these products.
  • You assume full responsibility for compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept Zelle and ACH bank transfer only. Payment instructions are provided after order placement. Orders ship once payment is confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

5. Shipping

Domestic orders typically ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 3–5 business days via USPS Priority Mail. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages (unless insured), or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses.

For international orders, the customer assumes full responsibility for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and any delays or confiscation by customs authorities.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals:

  • Returns for unopened, undamaged products may be accepted on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of delivery.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos to [email protected].
  • Orders in the production or fulfillment queue are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Product Information & Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and COA data. However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on product pages and batch-specific COAs are available upon request.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure Peptides and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Pure Peptides or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pure Peptides from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
